2.热响应时间
在温度出现阶跃变化时,热电阻的电阻值变化至相当于该阶跃变化的50%,所需要的时间称为热响应时间,用t0.5表示。

一、 概述
CRZ系列薄膜铂热电阻元件是把金属铂研制成粉浆,采用先进的激光喷溅薄膜技术及光刻法和干燥蚀刻法把附着在陶瓷基片上形成膜,引线经过激光调阻制成,*自动的生产程序保证了产品*符合IEC标准。
二、 技术特点
1. 薄膜铂热电阻元件用陶瓷和铂制成,因而在高温下能够保持优良的稳定性,适合在-50~400℃的温度下使用。
2. 铂薄膜通过激光喷溅在陶瓷表层,因而它具有良好的防震和防冲击性能。
3. 薄膜表面盖以陶瓷,因而元件能够承受高压,并具有良好的绝缘性。
4. 引线材料为镍镀金和纯钯两种。
